Accessibility statement
Mike Ruiz Web Development aims to make this site usable for people with a range of abilities. We use semantic HTML, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus states, and self-hosted fonts, and continue to review the experience as the site changes.
Our commitment
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is ongoing work; this statement does not guarantee that every page or third-party experience is fully conformant.
External services linked from this site, including scheduling, maintain their own accessibility features and support.
What we do
Keyboard access
Navigation, forms, and menus use native controls with visible focus styles. The contact flow also moves focus to the next step when it changes.
Page structure
Pages use headings, navigation landmarks, form labels, and other semantic elements to make content easier to understand with assistive technology.
Color and focus
The site uses dark body text, blue actions, and clear focus outlines. New content and interactive states continue to be reviewed as the site changes.
Motion and media
The site respects reduced-motion preferences. Images that convey information have alternative text; decorative images are marked accordingly.
